Avago Technologies’ family of SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators is packaged in the industry standard PLCC-2 package. These SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators exhibit high reliability, high performance and are designed to work under a wide range of environmental conditions. The high reliability feature makes these SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators well suited for use in interior signs application conditions.

To help facilitate easy pick and place assembly, the Avago SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators are packed in EIA-compliant tape and reel. Every reel will be shipped in single intensity and color bin.

These SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators are also compatible with reflow soldering process. The wide viewing angle at 120° makes our SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators best suited for use in applications such as panel, push button, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top emitting surface makes it easy for these SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators to mate with light pipes. With the built-in reflector pushing up the intensity of the light output, these SMT PLCC-2 LED indicators can also be used as LED pixels in interior electronic signs.
