HSMP-3860
Low cost general purpose PIN diode
Description
The HSMP-3860 / HSMP-383x family of general purpose PIN diodes are designed for two types of applications. In attenuator diode applications current consumption is the most important design consideration. As diode switches low capacitance is the most important design factor.
Ct and Rs parameters are typical specifications only. For applications that need these parameters to be guaranteed, please refer to the HSMP-383x family.
