Low Distortion Attenuator Pin Diode in Surface Mount SOD-323 Package

The HSMP-381Z is a low distortion, high linearity RF pin diode that targets attenuator diode applications up to 3GHz. It is housed in the industry-standard SOD-323 2-lead package that  measures 1.7 x 1.25 x 0.9mm.
