ALM-81224 is a high linearity variable-gain amplifier module for use in the 1450-2750MHz band.
Gain control is achieved using a single DC voltage input pin, and High linearity is achieved through the use of Avago Technologies' proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process.
