The Avago  MGA-675T6 is an economical, easy-to-use wideband GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier, LNA,  with shutdown mode.

The MGA-675T6 LNA achieves low noise and high linearity through the use of Avago's proprietary 0.5µm GaAs enhancement-mode pHEMT process.
