6-20 GHz Low Noise Amplifier

The AMMC-6220 is a high gain, low noise amplifier that operates from 6 GHz to 20 GHz.  This device has a 50 ohm input/output match and  is unconditionally stable. It can be used as either a primary or sub-sequential low noise amplifier gain stage.
