ADA-4543
Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier
Description
The ADA-4543 is a general purpose Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier housed in an industry standard SOT-343 (4-lead SC70) package. The device is a current driven amplifier that operates on a single current supply. It also exhibits flat gain, high linearity and unconditional stability.
Features
- At 900MHz, the ADA-4543 delivers gain of 15.1dB, OIP3 of 15.0dBm and P1dB of 1.9dBm at 15mA/3.4V biasing. Internal input and output 50-ohm matching makes it simple to use with little design efforts, making it an excellent choice for IF, buffer and general purpose amplifiers for the wireless communications market.
