Single Voltage E-pHEMT Low Noise 45 dBm OIP3 in SOT-89 package
Description
Avago Technologies's ATF-50189 is a high linearity, medium power, low noise E-pHEMT FET packaged in low cost surface mount SOT-89 package. The combination of low noise figure and high output IP3 at the same bias point makes it ideal for receiver and transmitter application. It operating frequency range is from 50 MHz to 6 GHz.

- At 2 GHz, ATF-50189 delivers high OIP3 of up to 45dBm, P1dB of 29dBm, NF of 1.1dB and 15.5 dB Gain
