ADA-4743
Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier
Description
The ADA-4743 is a general purpose Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier housed in an industry standard SOT-343 (4-lead SC70) package. The device is a current driven amplifier that operates on a single current supply. It also exhibits flat gain, high linearity and unconditional stability.
Features
- At 900MHz, the ADA-4743 delivers gain of 16.5dB, OIP3 of 32.6dBm and P1dB of 17.1dBm at 60mA/3.8V biasing. Internal input and output 50-ohm matching makes it simple to use with little design efforts, making it an excellent choice for IF, buffer and general purpose amplifiers for the wireless communications market.
