Features
The MGA-725M4 is a low noise amplifier with built-in bypass switch in a miniature leadless package. It is housed in the MiniPak 1412 package and designed for 3V cellular/PCS applications, e.g. LNA and driver amplifier in CDMA handsets. Bias: 3V, 20mA; Gain = 14.4dB; NF = 1.4dB; IP3i = 9.9dBm all at 2GHz.
