The HSMP-389Z is a pin diode optimized for switching applications up to 3GHz where low insertion loss, low series resistance at low current and low capacitance are required.
It is housed in the industry-standard SOD-323 2-lead package measuring 1.7 x 1.25 x 0.9mm.
