RF Switching Pin Diode in SOD-523 Package.

HSMP-389Y RF pin diode is optimized for switching applications that need low insertion loss and  low series resistance at low current. It is housed in a very small  2-Lead SOD-523 package mesasuring  1.2 x 0.85 x 0.6mm. Capacitance ia low up to 3GHz.
