HPND-4005
Beam lead Diodes for stripline or Microstrip circuits
Description
The HPND-4005 beamlead PIN diode is designed for use in stripline or microstrip circuits. Applications include Switching, attenuating, phase shifting, limiting, and modulating at microwave frequencies. The extremely low capacitance of this device makes it ideal for circuits requiring high isolation in series diode configurations Ct=0.017pF, Rs@20mA=4.7Ohms, Vbr=120V, Tau=100nSec.
