Description
The ACPM-7821 is a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) power amplifier module designed for handsets operating in the 898–925MHz bandwidth. The ACPM-7821 meets stringent CDMA linearity requirements up to 28 dBm output power. The ACPM-7821 features CoolPAM circuit technology, which offers state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability and ruggedness.
