High CMR Intellligent Power Module and Gate Drive Interface Optocoupler

The high CMR,  ACPL-4800-000E fast intelligent power module interface optocoupler contains a GaAsP LED and photo detector with a built-in Schmitt trigger to provide logic-compatible waveforms. This  eliminates the need for a pull up resistor and allows for direct drive Intelligent Power Module (IPM) or gate drive.
