PLCC-6 Surface Mount Tricolor LED

This family of PLCC-6 SMT LEDs are designed with a separate heat path for each LED dice, enabling it to be driven at higher current. These SMT LEDs are high brightness, high reliability, hign performance devices and are designed to work under a wide range of environmental conditions. They also deliver super wide viewing angle at 115° together with the built in reflector pushing up the intensity of the light output. The black top surface of the LED provides better contrast enhancement in the full color sign applications. The black top surface combined, wide viewing angle and high reliability features make these PLCC-6 
SMT devices ideally suited to be used in both exterior and interior full color sign designs.

To facilitate easy pick & place assembly, the LEDs are packed in EIA-compliant tape and reel. Every reel will be shipped in single intensity and color bin; except red color to provide close uniformity.
In addition these LEDs are compatible with reflow soldering process.
