T-1 (3mm), 12 Volt, Integrated Resistor LED Lamp

This 12 Volt lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from 12 volt source without an external current limiter. The High Efficiency Red is a GaAsP on a GaP substrate. The diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
